DCDP Public Environmental Review

A Public Environmental Review (PER) covering the onshore aspects of the Devil Creek Development Project (DCDP) has been prepared by Apache in accordance with Western Australian Government procedures. The PER was available for the public to review and comment on from 30 June to 11 August 2008.

The Environmental Protection Agency recommended the approval of the DCDP with conditions advertised on 5 January 2009. Ministerial Statement 795 containing the approval conditions was finalised on 7 July 2009.
